As Apple have patented a wristband (Quite a while back) does this mean that there definitely will be an iWatch or just some kind of iPod accessory? Well, Apple’s lack of innovation lately means they have to do something new. The iWatch might be announced at the same time as Apple’s 4K TV. Both devices have not yet been announced. In my opinion Apple will announce something new, they have to! They can’t fall behind other companies anymore. (Although Apple is The Biggest Company in the World).

This means Apple is making something new, wether it be an iPod accessory or a watch, I can’t tell.
Here are some rumored specs of the iWatch from www.knowyourmobile.com: To say that little is known about the device’s rumoured spec would be a gross understatement. Apple has this project sewn-up tighter than a sardine’s swimming costume. What we do know is limited to scraps of gossip emanating from supply chain sources, as is always the case with unconfirmed up-and-coming devices.
The iWatch is believed to feature a curved – perhaps even flexible – 1.5-inch screen, fronted by an as-yet undetermined Corning product. Could it be the oft talked about Corning’s flexible Willow Glass? Perhaps. Multiple sources, including CNET, are reporting that Corning’s bendy-flexy display could appear on devices as soon as this year.
The device is also suspected to make heavy use of Bluetooth for syncing and communicating with larger devices like the iPad and iPhone. NFC is also a possibility in this regard also, bringing both connectivity and payment technology into the fray.
The iWatch, I presume would cost around £150 or $150 and the worldwide equivalent to that but it depends on what specs the iWatch actually has. If it has any of these features, It’ll be a LOT more expensive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=u5OV_BJreTA Its a bit much for a watch and it’s obviously not going to have features like this, if it did it would be way over £500.
So everything about the iWatch or the iWatch itself could be fake but if it were to be released, It would probably be later this year round about Apple’s iPhone event in September (Which I don’t know for sure is going to happen) or the Apple WWDC 2013 round about June.
